Cancellation Policy

Conference Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds: On receipt of payment, your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements as indicated on your registration form.

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received 28 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than 28 days before the event but more than 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received 14 days or less before the event, 100% of the total registration fee will be forfeited and processed as a cancellation fee.

No refund will be provided to no show bookings, with 100% of the pre-paid registration fee charged as a cancellation fee.
